Matchday Checklist
Playing Minutes
Every game has its own tile. Open a game to see who played and for how long, or export one game or all of them.
Match Eligibility
Who counts as a core player of the higher team, and how many of them each lower-team match form may carry.
Player status
Flagged = higher-team players who have also been on the lower team's match form, or are named on a published lower-team sheet. Being on the form counts, playing or not. A player on both forms in the same round counts for the higher team only. Room left = higher-team forms the player can still make in a row before becoming core.
Cards and suspensions
Suspensions
Worked out from the VWW. Rugby NL does not always apply the fixed lengths, so type the number of matches it actually gave, or Lift a ban that was overturned or dismissed. Matches are counted on this team's calendar: competition matches after the card, cancelled matches and friendlies left out.
Match register
Every played match from the team calendar. A competition match counts automatically once its date has passed and the coach has published the team sheet, starters plus bench. Nothing to confirm. Edit a form when the published sheet was not what went on the match form, or Exclude a match that should not count. Record yellow and red cards per match with the Cards button.
Rule settings
Defaults follow VWW Algemeen 2026-2027 art. 3.0.6.6 to 3.0.6.12. Any team manager or head coach can change them. The Technical Commission sees the result read-only.
A core player of a team two or more classes higher counts against a separate maximum of one (youth two). Check those by hand for now.

Coach Calendar Sync
Turn this on and every future training the coaches put in the Coaching Portal (planned sessions and calendar training entries) appears here as a team event, so nobody has to type them in twice. Matches already arrive through the season plan. Off by default: nothing changes in your calendar until you switch it on.
Club Branding
These colours and the club logo apply to all portals in this workspace — coaching, player, physio and team manager.
