Please read these Terms carefully before using CoachCraft. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Who we are
CoachCraft is a rugby coaching platform developed and operated by RugbyGo ("we", "us", "our"). References to "CoachCraft", "the platform", or "the service" in these Terms all refer to the software and services available at rugbycraft.com and its subdomains.
You can contact us at gordon@rugbycraft.com.
2. Access and accounts
Creating an account
To use CoachCraft you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are setting up a club workspace on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Club workspaces
Where a club administrator creates a workspace and invites staff members, each invited user must also accept these Terms when they first sign in. The club administrator is responsible for ensuring that invited users are authorised to access the workspace and comply with these Terms.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Plans
CoachCraft is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual) and as a once-off perpetual licence for clubs. Current plan details and pricing are listed on the CoachCraft pricing page.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed in euros (EUR). If you pay in another currency, your bank or payment provider will convert the charge at the prevailing exchange rate. All prices shown are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Renewals
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from within the platform.
Refunds
Paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If CoachCraft does not save you time in your first month, contact us at gordon@rugbycraft.com within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund you in full, no forms, no fuss. Outside of this window, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Once-off licence
The once-off perpetual licence grants you the right to use the platform indefinitely. It includes 12 months of product updates and support. Continued updates and support beyond 12 months are subject to an optional annual renewal fee. The platform remains fully usable whether or not you renew support.
4. Free trial
New accounts include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period you may choose a paid plan; if you do not, access to the platform will be restricted. Your data is retained for 60 days after a trial ends, allowing you to pick up where you left off if you subscribe later.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use CoachCraft to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation;
- upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of any third party;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the platform;
- use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data from the platform without our written consent;
- resell or sublicense access to the platform to third parties without our written consent;
- use the platform in a way that disrupts or impairs its availability or performance for other users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these obligations.
6. Your content
Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on the platform, session plans, player data, notes, and any other material ("Your Content"). These Terms do not transfer any ownership of Your Content to us.
Licence to us
By uploading Your Content, you grant RugbyGo a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to the extent necessary to provide the platform to you. We do not use Your Content for any other purpose.
Club data
Where you use CoachCraft as part of a club workspace, all player development data belongs to the club workspace, not to any individual coach. If a coach leaves the club, their access is removed but the data remains available to the club's remaining administrators.
Data export
You may export Your Content at any time. Session plans can be exported as PDF; player and squad data can be exported as CSV or Excel. We do not hold your data hostage.
Player data and consent
If you upload personal data relating to players (including minors), you are responsible for ensuring you have obtained the necessary consents and are handling that data in accordance with applicable data protection law. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data on our end.
7. Intellectual property
CoachCraft, the RugbyGo name, and all platform software, design, features, and content produced by us (including the coaching cue database) are owned by RugbyGo and protected by applicable intellectual property law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the platform as described here.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep CoachCraft available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control.
We may update, modify, or add features to the platform at any time. We will not remove core functionality from a paid plan mid-subscription without reasonable notice. Where a change materially reduces the service you are paying for, you may contact us to discuss your options.
9. Liability
CoachCraft is a coaching and planning tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical, physiotherapy, or sports science advice. Any training load, nutrition, or injury information surfaced by the platform is informational only. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions affecting player health and welfare.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RugbyGo's total liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
10. Termination
You may stop using CoachCraft and cancel your subscription at any time from within the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your payment fails and is not remedied within a reasonable period, or if we are required to do so by law. We will give reasonable notice where possible before terminating paid accounts.
On termination, your right to use the platform ends. Your data is retained for 60 days following termination, during which you may export it. After 60 days, your data will be deleted.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by agreement between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice within the platform before the changes take effect. Your continued use of CoachCraft after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
The date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last updated.
