Alternatively, they can enter your six-character workspace code manually. All session plans, squad data and player development records are then shared with the whole staff in real time.

The Team Manager Portal is built to replace apps like Spond: team managers publish training and match events, collect player availability with deadlines and reasons, organise matchday with team sheets and checklists, and view the coach's calendar and session plans read-only. The Physio Portal gives physiotherapists and team doctors an injury log, appointment management and recovery tracking, with player status visible to coaches for selection. The Facilities Portal gives facilities managers a master view of all sessions, field and room bookings, equipment inventory and reports. The Analytics Portal is designed for professional clubs, analysts can import GPS session data and match stats from any system, then surface trends across both data sets over time alongside load management alerts. The Omni Portal gives directors of rugby, high performance managers and club administrators a single live overview of the entire club: player development trajectories, talent identification across age groups and squads, and a unified picture from youth to first team. Plans are billed in euros. The pricing section can display estimated prices in pounds, rand or dollars at current exchange rates, and your bank will convert the charge automatically at payment.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up daily, and remains the property of the club rather than any individual coach. Early access refers to the pace at which new features are being added; the underlying platform and data infrastructure are production-grade.

No. Nothing in CoachCraft uses AI by default, and no player data or club information is ever shared with any AI service. Session plans marked “Auto Generated” are built by CoachCraft's own structured formulas, not AI. Optional AI-assisted tools, such as report drafting and an assistant for goal setting and session planning, exist, but they are switched off for every workspace and only work if a coach manually enters their own personal API key. Without that deliberate step, nothing in the platform ever touches an AI model.
