What happens when my free trial ends?
At the end of the 14-day trial you may select a plan that suits you. No payment is taken automatically, as no card details are required to start the trial. Your data is retained for 60 days, allowing you to continue where you left off should you choose to subscribe later.
How do I add my coaching staff?
Create a workspace within the platform and share the invite link, colleagues sign in (or create a free account) and join automatically. Alternatively, they can enter your six-character workspace code manually. All session plans, squad data and player development records are then shared with the whole staff in real time.
What are the Team Manager, Physio, Facilities, Analytics and Omni portals?
Beyond the coaching platform, CoachCraft includes dedicated portals for support staff and club management. The Team Manager Portal is built to replace apps like Spond: team managers publish training and match events, collect player availability with deadlines and reasons, organise matchday with team sheets and checklists, and view the coach's calendar and session plans read-only. The Physio Portal gives physiotherapists and team doctors an injury log, appointment management and recovery tracking, with player status visible to coaches for selection. The Facilities Portal gives facilities managers a master view of all sessions, field and room bookings, equipment inventory and reports. The Analytics Portal is designed for professional clubs, analysts can import GPS session data and match stats from any system, then surface trends across both data sets over time alongside load management alerts. The Omni Portal gives directors of rugby, high performance managers and club administrators a single live overview of the entire club: player development trajectories, talent identification across age groups and squads, and a unified picture from youth to first team. All portals connect to your club workspace with the same invite link or workspace code.
Can CoachCraft be used on a phone or tablet during training?
Yes. CoachCraft is fully responsive and designed to be used pitch-side. Session timings, activity blocks and coaching cues are all accessible from a phone or tablet.
Can I export my data if I decide to leave?
Yes, at any time. Session plans can be exported to PDF, and player and squad data can be exported to CSV or Excel. Your data remains your property.

The session templates and cue database are built on established coaching frameworks and scale to suit age-group rugby all the way up to elite first-team environments. How does the once-off licence differ from the annual plan?
The once-off licence is a perpetual licence intended for clubs that prefer a single, one-time payment. It includes 12 months of product updates and support. Thereafter, an optional annual renewal keeps updates and support active; the platform itself remains fully usable either way.
Which currencies do you support?
Plans are billed in euros. The pricing section can display estimated prices in pounds, rand or dollars at current exchange rates, and your bank will convert the charge automatically at payment.
The platform is in early access, is my club's data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up daily, and remains the property of the club rather than any individual coach. Early access refers to the pace at which new features are being added; the underlying platform and data infrastructure are production-grade.
